AMT is a technological spin-off, the fruit of a partnership with industrial and academic partners, launched to create a new business operating model in the additive manufacturing sector (DMLS). At AMT the entire process is handled under one roof. Key production processes, from vacuum furnaces for heat treatment to laboratories to carry out all the necessary tests, guarantee a high-end final product.

In-depth knowledge of aluminum, steel, and titanium alloys is combined with CAD(CAM design, additive manufacturing, and rapid prototyping. Robotic machining, hydroforming, bending, and welding equipment are supported by digital instruments for high precision dimensional control. The heat treatments inside the vacuum furnaces are set up based on meticulous metallographic studies in our laboratory.
The concept of "measurability" is at the heart of the VECA-GROUP production cycle. Each process is carefully monitored and every procedure is recorded to ensure repeatability, tracking, and full product conformity. Testing, which is fully integrated into the process, takes place in metrology rooms equipped with Zeiss measuring equipment; control is thorough, thus certifying the total quality of the batches produced.
