Total quality is the underlying criterion of the VECA GROUP's business model.
All processes, from organization to production, are designed to ensure full control of each activity.
Our experience in Formula 1 and in the aerospace industry, enables us to provide accurate estimates of feasibility and timing from the earliest stages of a project, with significant savings in terms of conformity and delivery.
Total Quality is measured at our 19 Zeiss stations, two of which are entirely dedicated to calibrating the production cycle.
We use 3D scanners for dimensional analysis of components, comparing the 3D model to the machined part.
Final testing to ensure product conformity is then carried out using Zeiss measuring equipment and optical instruments.
Among the non-destructive testing (NDT), we inspect machined parts using the liquid penetrant method (Penetrant Test - PT).
Through the reaction between penetrant and contrast liquid (detector), it is possible to evaluate possible discontinuities - defects on the surface.
Penetrants include both red products visible under white light and fluorescent products visible under ultraviolet light.
Other tests that are essential to ensure the quality of the components we produce are mechanical strength and fracture tests.
We use special equipment to evaluate the elastic-plastic deformation of materials, subjecting them to localised deformation (hardness) and tensile tests.
